President and First Lady, Clayton and Molly Geralds, invite you to the 128th Annual National Hay Convention to be held September 20-23, 2023 at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Here are the highlights:
– Wednesday, September 20th-Welcome Reception (evening)
– Thursday, September 21st – Golf (morning) and Corvette Museum and Corvette Plant Tour (afternoon)
Corvette Museum and Plant Tour
A buffet lunch will be served at the Convention Center from 11:30-1:30. You can come any time you like. Starting at noon, a bus will run back and forth from the center to the Corvette Museum and you can stay as long as you like and then return to the center. During the afternoon, all those wishing to tour the Corvette plant will be taken from the Museum to the Plant and back by trolley. Tours begin every 30 minutes and can accommodate 15 people at a time.
All attendees must wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. No high heels are permitted.
Children must be 13 years or older.
Wheelchairs available at no charge.
No walking assists allowed on plant tour (canes, walkers, crutches, etc.)
– Friday, September 22nd – Trade Show, NHA meeting, Ladies’ Luncheon, Vendor and Member Luncheon, Farm Tour, Field Demonstrations and Dinner
– Saturday, September 23rd – Trade Show, NHA meeting, Past President and First Ladies Luncheons, and the Annual Awards Banquet
– Free time to explore the beautiful Bowling Green area
